Day 1 – Thinspiration


So I’m running off of no sleep and have been awake since 1:30pm yesterday afternoon. It’s sooooo going to be a long day.  I’ll be lucky if I get home by 6pm this evening and I’m gonna cross my fingers that I’m tired enough to pass the hell out.  But sometimes you just gotta say “Screw you Sleep!”.

I actually convinced myself to go for a 1hr and 18min walk this morning, and while I didn’t get to do strength training, at least I was made myself do something instead of sleep for a whole 2hrs before I had to wake up and get ready for work.  I pretty much convinced myself that if I want to actually be happy in life, find a nice guy, and get to the possibility of starting a family then I need to get off of my ass NOW and finally do something instead of keep thinking “There’s always tomorrow.”  My life ain’t no Rudolph movie!  So I made myself walk.

While I’ve lost a little bit of weight over the last month I serious haven’t put in the effort to get me back to where I want to be.  I would KILL to be back in a size 12, or hell even a 16.  I’m sitting at 309 lbs currently and would be pretty happy to get back into the 200s.  I know if I keep walking and keep my calories manageable then I could get there in April.  I’ve decided that I’m going to set my goals up again and push for losing 3lbs each week until the end of April.  That is at least 18lbs  which would be totally awesome!  After that, I’ll drop my goal down to 2lbs a week.  Here’s what I’m looking at for the next year and a half:
