Ate pretty decent and did a ton of walking while I was out and about shopping for Disney stuff today! Kind of nervous about tomorrow given that I’ll be weighing myself to see if the walking and being more self-conscious about my food choices and in take made any difference.
I’m hoping for a 3 lbs loss this week but whatever the outcome, I’ll be adjusting my goal chart tomorrow. All will be revealed come morning when I get up so I’m crossing my fingers!
I’ll also hopefully be trying shooting my first Weight Loss Vlog tomorrow and hopefully getting it posted up on YouTube. 🙂
