So tomorrow is weigh-in day and I’ve got my fingers crosses that all of my walking and healthy eating choices are going to show on the scale! 🙂 303lbs is the goal I was shooting for this week and mathematically speaking, based on the number of calories I’ve consumed and burned, I should be below that. But I’m still nervous about the results.
My eatting wasn’t half bad today but i didn’t do much consistent walking today. So I’ve walked 6 times this past week and strength trained 3 times which is way better than the week before. Gotta step up the strength training next week!
