Day 26 – Thinspiration


I am so tired today! Didn’t go for a walk this morning but I mowed the lawn and did a ton of raking and shoveling dirt today so I definately got a workout in. 

Food wise I totally didn’t eat near enough calories and didn’t realize it until right before I’m getting ready for bed.  Not eating enough is just as bad as eating too much.  I’m not too worried about that turning into an issue though given it’s the first time in almost 4 weeks that it’s happened.  Getting side tracked is a butt!

Excited to go the the faire tomorrow and for my weigh-in in the morning!  Hopefully all of my activity today doesn’t have me feeling exhausted tomorrow but it does make me feel like what I eat tomorrow isn’t going to make me feel too guilty.  Wish me luck on not going overboard with all the delicious foods on the morrow!  😀
